When we arrived there was a huge line to get checked in. You need to get a ticket first and wait for your turn to get in the physical line to check in. Overall we waited about 30-40 minutes for checking in. Our room is a little outdated, doesn’t really give a five-star vibe. We booked a king bedroom, but there was only one chair in the room. Basically, only one person can sit in the room if you don’t want to sit on your bed. Room is quite small as well, despite the resort being huge. Staffs at the resort are nice and helpful. House keeping service is fine but if you leave your pajamas on bed, they will just toss it on the night stand. The rooms we got is facing the skypool and there are loud music playing every night until 10pm. If you are sensitive to noise, probably should try to ask for a quiet room during check-in. The room does come with free tickets to the theme park and water park.

Mediocre hotel, not very clean. The 2 main attractions of this place are the water park and the theme park. However the water park was very unsanitary, and my 3 yo baby caught a skin rash all over his body and a very strong fever a few days after. The theme park has height requirements (110-130cm minimum) ensuring babies cannot play. What's the point really?

Location is not ideal if you are not into water park or amusement park. Concierge is exceptional. They helped us booked day trips with local taxi service. N my wife ate something bad n the concierge brought hot water, tea, stomach medicine to help relieve her discomfort. Everyone else were also exceptional. The breakfast buffet was average with lots of selections but we weren't quite into the selections. That's a personal preference so you may find it to your taste.

Service at Marriott was extremely good! Friendly and hospitable staff took care of us and would love to be back again

Planned an epic golf trip to Jeju Island only to get here all the way from the US to find out you can't golf here. 29 courses on Jeju Island and not even the Marriott Resort staff can help get a reservation at any of the public courses. Now I am here for 6 nights. Regrettable. Food is good but expensive. Service is very friendly. Rooms are clean. Need to make reservations to use the pool.
