Good things: 1. The hotel is besides the theme park and shopping mall, a free 3-ride theme park voucher is given per guest. 2. Considering no.1, the hotel room rate is quite reasonable. Bad things: 1. The room sound isolation is not good, there is always noise coming from the next room. 2. Drinking Water is not free, 2000 won per bottle. 3. Service is not really good, maybe due to high volume of guests compared to workers to serve the guests.

Stayed there for 2 nights and overall, was quite disappointing. 1. Free Shinhwa Theme Park vouchers were provided by the front desk did not explain what the vouchers were for 2. Front desk directed us to the wrong level 3. Front desk did not explain that toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided 4. Aircon in the hotel is centralised (I.e. you can’t adjust the temperature at all. You can only on/off it) 5. Hotel does not loan you any utensils and expects you to purchase from the convenience store (which is actually not that near to where we are staying) 6. Location is not the best 7. Do not provide additional water other than the usual 1 bottle/day/guest If you are not going to the Theme Park in the hotel, suggest to stay somewhere else instead given the price.

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life, the room has very strong stinky smells, the bed sheet is absolutely filthy,bathroom has fungus, if you are staying this hotel swimming pool is not allowed to use, the manager in the check in counter is very rude,we had to check out early as we can not spend another night in this hotel , it was a disaster! Not to recommend to anyone!

Upscale, friendly service, and clean. Breakfast buffet entrance can get a little backed up, but the food is pretty good (with a menu that caters to Korean, western, and Chinese palates). Only downside is - for whatever reason, the Jeju Island government makes hotels turn off air conditioning on 10/1. So, you'll have to leave the window open overnight, because the temps can still hit 70°F in October here.

Double standard. Treated Korean better than foreigners My partner who was Korean was let in dining hall with slipper on. I was wearing exact same thing but apparently I don't have the Korean look so I wasn't allowed to enter. They made a big deal out of it. Apart from that, nice and clean. Just very disappointing with the discrimination
