We stayed here for 5days. The receptionists were helpful as i lost my phone inside the limo airport bus to call the operator customer service of that bus company. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the room service were cleaning up our room was spotless. They have room locker service as to help the hotel customer keep the bags before checking in. The rooms i booked vis agoda and were valued with money. Hoping to use your service again in future. Thanks ?

I was pleasantly surprised to experience good and comfortable service from this hotel. I read the reviews on trip websites and was worried of the "warnings" about the hotel. Facilities: 1. Lobby is at 3rd floor, they have enough elevators to cater to the people in the building, but during rush hours you may need to make a roundtrip to get down. For luggage keep, they give free access for 1 day if you are checking out that day and flight will be at night. Check out time is 11am. 2. Rooms are comfortable, we have window rooms. Its not big but size is enough for 2 pax with 2 large luggage and 2 cabin sized ones. I think being able to visit during winter has its good side since the heater was working well, we just opened the window for coolness. Beds are comfy, but don't expect so much with the pillows and the comforters. They are standard, comforters are a bit thin for winter. Toilet is small, but they have the heated seats and bidets. Just don't expect so much for a 5-star freebies coz there's none. 3. Hallway has 2 access points with elevators that goes out the main street or at the adjacent street that goes directly to the street food area (facing HBAF). So convenient! I can make my hunger runs without any issues. The HBAF exit closes at 10pm though, for safety. 4. Affordability for the location is gold. You have access to the famous Myeongdong street food, and can walk to Namsan tower anytime. You are beside an MRT station with the blue line that pretty much goes through the heart of Seoul. 5. Breakfast buffet, was decent. I like their bread! super! The food options may be on repeat, but the quality is good. I don't get it why people don't like it. The breakfast is at the Penthouse floor, good view, good lighting, wedding feels. You are always out anyway and this place serves as a good resting place after 20k ++++ steps. :) Cons, hallway is dark, facility is a bit old. Super recommend this place for a first and repeat time tourist in SoKor. oh, and the bus stop to the airport is a few steps away.

ROOMS are certainly terrible. Their air conditioners do not work, that they had to bring in an electric fan to ventilate the room. We had to open the window in order for the cool air to enter. No toiletries in the bathroom. There are only two sockets in that room, that you have to bring an extension cord if you have multiple devices to charge. Refrigerator does not work properly as well. Service? Also terrible. No personnel will assist you in your luggage to the room. Breakfast is always the same every morning. When we checked in, the receptionist is not competent to find our names, that our travel agent got upset when we reported the incident to her. There should also be more seats at the hotel lobby near the receptionist. Only simple chairs can be found in the locker area a bit far from the front desk. Only good factor is the location of the hotel along Myeondong area, and Myeongdong Station. Otherwise, as reviewed by others, and even by locals, this hotel does not deserve four stars, and definitely a 1 out of 5 for me, if not 0.

If you are only looking for a place to sleep, it is not bad. Cheap price and great location right by myeongdong subway station. But there are too many cons as I used couple different rooms here. 1. some rooms have unnecessarily many power oulets (8 outlets on one side of wall) when some have none in the room that I had to charge it in the washroom. 2. Female staff who checked us in during evening time give 0 attention and rude towards customers. 3. You cant really control the temperature of the room 4. Sometimes they miss the amenities. When I moved to second room I had no shampoo, soap etc. 5. The phone in the room was not working. It says you can call anywhere with the phone but only button u can press is the front desk. 6. They say you can watch netflix from ur room but it does not work in any room. 7. Mold by the ac 8. When you turn on the halogen light, it makes annoying sound from light like this never happened when I use hotels around the world. 9. Annoying pannel light right beside the bed that I had to cover with a pillow for sleep. 10. You can literally hear everything through the wall, like EVERYTHING. Even through front door you can hear people talking and footsteps in the hallway. Pray your room is far from the elevator. This hotel lacks of services and room condition. If you are looking for a cheap stay in a good location and you will be spending most of the time outside, you can consider using this hotel. If you are looking for a hotel to rest in, this is not the place.

Travelled to Seoul, No room heating at Hotel in 2 degree Centigrade temperature. Very typical staff, they do not allot room till 3 PM even if you reach early. No laundry service with hotel. Appeared they do not care for international travelers.
