Room is approx 40m little small for us as we’ve 8 luggages. A little disappointing as we couldn’t get an upgrade due to full occupancy .. location is pretty close to city shopping area and airport which is great. There’s also a small in-house casino. Room is quiet and the morning breakfast spread is good m. Imo, It’s a local 5 stars.

Checked in for 2 nights and had to pay upfront at the front desk but nobody informed us that the WHOLE hotel air-conditioning was down. We were only told after we asked for help to turn on the air-con in the room. The room was warm and stuffy. The least they could do was to let us know BEFORE asking for payment. Very disappointing.

chose to stay a night here for its proximity to the airport. it’s upmarket and all, but the decor is typical boomer. there’s a casino that opens from 1400-0200.

Everything is great except..... Why do they charge for toothbrushes and toothpaste? That is NOT 5 star service to squeeze pennies from clients. I would choose other brands only because of that.
