This is the best hotel to stay at in this area. Super convenient, you really never have to go outside as all the malls are connected underground. The subway is conveniently attached as well. Service here is one of the best I have ever experienced. Nothing like the Waldorf Astoria, it's x10 extraordinary. The turn down service and daily housekeeping was top notch. Take in all the amenities like the complimentary wine/champagne during 0500pm-0800pm. Views from the room are breathtaking. Once you stay here, it's really hard to stay elsewhere. Very much worth it. We went to Lotte World and it was super convenient to walk to. We had a 8 month old and they were more than accommodating (provided a cot, with a small pillow and extra waters). We were also able to use the pool with our child (Closes at 10pm). You do need to wear a swim cap when using the pool but they provide that as well.

Breathtaking Views from Above! If you’re looking for a place with a stunning panoramic view of Seoul, Signiel Seoul is the perfect choice. Located in Lotte World Tower, one of the tallest buildings in the world, the view from the top is absolutely breathtaking. From up here, you can see the entire city stretching out before you, with the Han River winding through the skyline. Whether it’s during the day, when the city is bathed in sunlight, or at night, when the lights sparkle like stars, the scenery is truly mesmerizing. The atmosphere is luxurious, and the service is exceptional. If you get the chance, I highly recommend visiting—it’s an experience you won’t forget!

The Signiel Hotel is definitely worth experiencing! I stayed in a room on the 93rd floor, which offered a partial view of the Han River. The view was truly one of a kind! ? The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing outstanding service. They even folded my pajamas during turndown service—how cute is that! :) The location is a bit far from major tourist attractions, but there’s a huge Lotte World shopping center and theme park nearby. The in-room dining and spa were okay, though a bit pricey. I stayed for two nights, but unfortunately, the second day was foggy, so I couldn't fully enjoy the beautiful view. :(

This hotel was truly one of the most luxurious I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the breathtaking views and the exceptionally elegant service. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was flawless. The gym was another standout! The only downside was the breakfast—while it was decent, I feel there’s room for improvement in terms of variety and quality. Nevertheless, this hotel offers an unforgettable experience, and I would highly recommend it for anyone seeking a truly luxurious stay.

Location and the amenities of the hotel is good, but the policies are strange. Reception personnel are not friendly and make lots of mistakes. The personnel are smiling at your face, but rude. We had breakfast, where table sheets were wrinkled, which is so strange for 5 star hotel.
