Frankly it was quite disappointing for the price paid. The location is great, and the parking is easy and smooth. But the rooms are severely outdated (ex: 1 single USB plug in the entire room and it only works when the lights are on). The pool is quite frustrating as well. You have to pay extra for pool access, but it's only available for a short window (12-7 in winter). So you can't use the pool before checking out in the morning, and can't even have a nice after dinner swim. It seems silly to have such a short window to use a basic feature of a high end hotel. I expected much better for the high prices charged compared to other options nearby, and won't be returning.

Location is fantastic. Less than 10 mins from the airport. Same building as DFS. 7/11 and Paris baguette next door. Walking distance to casino and shopping street. Check in was fast and fuss free. Gym is decent size but have very basic equipment. Rooms are very decent size and well equipped. All rooms comes with either sea view or mountain view and the building is one of the tallest in the area so views are unblocked. However, if you opt for the sea view room, you need to endure with the constant sound of planes landing and taking off. Bathrooms are big and comes with the latest wash-let/ bidet with heating and blower functions. Rooms are equipped with universal sockets which is really convenient. My only 2 complaint is that the bedside socket panel gives off a beeping sound every time I try to charge more than 1 item. And the bedside lampshade is long due for replacement.

on my first day of stay, i realised that the room is hot so i asked why the room was hot and they told me they shut off the whole building aircon cause its "winter" but the temperature is only 10-20°C . Without the aircon the room feels extremely stuffy, furnitures needs immediate renovation. On top of that the service is not up to expectations,when i had 6 huge luggages with me on the first day when i reached , the bellboy only helped load the luggages on the trolley and push it to the lift for us. My family n I had to push the trolley by ourselves . Not worth the amount you're paying for your stay. I do NOT recommend this hotel if you're coming to jeju including other hotels . PLEASE call and ask if the air conditioning is running in the rooms before u book your stay.

Centrally situated in the city, our location allows easy strolls to popular spots like BHC Chicken, Innisfree Shop, and 7 Eleven. The duty-free shops within the building span four floors, though the top floor is currently closed. Despite limited variety, we discovered charming oversized tees. Using Kakao T for taxis proved convenient and reasonably priced for exploring the outskirts. Hotel staff is consistently available in the lobby, offering prompt service. Consider indulging in the hotel's breakfast buffet to relish a serene Jeju City view. Our nightly routine includes visits to EMart, Lotte Mart, savoring local famous aged black pork BBQ, and enjoying BHC Chicken.

Isaac Kim/Kim sung han is an excellent service provider. His attention to details to ensure we enjoy our stay is commendable. He recommended good eating and shopping places and arranged transport services for our visit to the market. Concierge and reception staff are also helpful and friendly
