A very nice 5-star hotel in Jeju, South Korea. As you enter the lobby, you notice immediately how fancy the hotel is. Checking in was an easy process and we were able to get a corner unit facing the sea from room 1487. Great views from morning and throughout the night, we never closed the curtains. Large spacious king size room with separate bathroom and shower room with dual sinks and a large soaking tub. Mini-fridge was well stocked and prices were quite reasonable and on the cheap side. With our room, breakfast was included so we ate delicious breakfast each morning with so many options to choose from. To avoid long lines, we went around 8 - 9 am each morning. Fitness center is open all day, has five or six treadmills, some free weights, and a few cycling and elliptical machines. Fresh towels and bottles of water in the mini-fridges. Staff regularly wiping the equipments down and keeping the gym tidy. Large indoor pool and very nice outdoor pool that opens at 9 am with amazing views of the city. Very friendly staff and they were able to get us an extra humidifier for our room and borrow umbrellas when we needed them.

I put high reviews 10 stars it good stay in hotel in koran nice room number and good breakfast and explore out door tour please and new people culture and take pictures and different areas location and beautiful, cold countries and walk around and find things interesting I put 10 feedback reviews. The service of the hotel was exceptional. We want to specially thank Grand kitchen staff - Minwoo for his stellar service and treatment towards us as a foreign tourists in Korea. He treated us with utmost respect and kindness. We would like to thank him once again for his kindness.

Stay was excellent (hotel even had a bottle steriliser for loan for my baby)except for an unpleasant experience where there was some guest who smoked on the 18th floor and the entire corridor had a horrible stench and that's not the worst, the smoker littered right before he entered the lift! I feedback to 3 different staff at an interval of 1 hour and 1 staff even took picture of the photo I took of the cigarette butt BUT no-one came by to clean up even after 3 hours. Not sure what type of 5 star hotel service this is.

Everything outstanding and excellent. Location next to airport. amazing swimming pools that open till 12mn, kids arcade and spa area. multiple options for for breakfast locations (5 places) A gorgeous view with full length windows in each room. Humongous rooms. Highly appreciative of their service to help me with my parcel as well as late check out while my son is ill. Kudos to concierge staff jeremy and Ian. I’ll highly recommend this hotel to all families looking for luxury, comfort, and service at a reasonable price. You will not regret it.
