Opening hours

I love most things about the hotel. Near public transportation (bus), near Mall (Coex Mall) and airport limousine with free shuttle to the hotel is amazing. But be sure to check with the reception counter if the service is provided to and fro hotel to the City Bus Terminal (where we can take our airport limousine to the airport. I couldn’t recall the name of the building. Food during breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

I really enjoyed our stay here! We stayed for 10 nights and had an twin standard room. The room was one of the older rooms but it was clean and spacious. The bathroom has a really nice big shower with shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. The room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and fresh bottles of water. The view was amazing and we could open the window which was very nice. There is also a coin laundromat inside the hotel which is pretty convenient. The prices are okay we paid around 6 Euro for washing and drying. Since we were always outside and only come back in the evening we didn't try the restaurant so can't say anything about the food or breakfast. The location is good too! You can walk to Coex within 10-15 minutes. There are many restaurants and cafes in the area. The Bus Station is a 5 minutes walk away, the next Subway Stations about 10-15 minutes. Will definitely stay here again.

it is wonderful to stay here at the IBIS Styled Ambassador Seoul GangNam again while in my 10 days of business trip this time. Everything is very nice as usual, the location, services, staffs, room, facilities, and access to any where.. I hope if there is a super single size of bed rather than a queen size it would be wonderful because it will make my feel little open and easy on the space of the room. But again, overall, indeed I love this place that's reason why I am continuously staying this hotel. thanks for serving me all the time.

The hotel offers great location with bus stops and subway close, besides the free taxi service from and to Coex Bus Terminal. The only downside was the size of the room, with two single beds we were hoping for a more spacious room, the beds were so close to each other that we thought we have gotten the wrong room with a king size bed.

The location was decent, but the service was shockingly bad and fell far below Ibis standards. The room we booked looked nothing like what was advertised, adding to our disappointment. When we asked the concierge to reserve a table at a nearby restaurant, he refused, resulting in us arriving to find no tables due to a private event. The air conditioning was stuck at an uncomfortable 25.5°C, and despite promises of a fix, no one followed up. Additionally, the concierge wouldn’t even help us call a taxi, instead telling us to wait outside until one arrived. Overall, a highly disappointing stay with poor service and unmated advertising. - Thank you for your response, but I must clarify that I was not upgraded to a Deluxe room, nor was my A/C issue addressed during my stay. Despite raising the concern, no one came to resolve it, and I was left unsatisfied with the lack of action. As a result, I will not be returning to your hotel and would advise others to be cautious, as there is a real risk of being ignored or having issues go unresolved. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your service for future guests.
