My friend booked & stayed here and honestly i didn't expect the hotel to be this good. It is a budget hotel but one of the best budget hotels. It's more like a small clean apartment. Large bed with a sofa. Inside there is a small kitchen type area and bathroom, also a small balcony. They also give you nice rubber slippers (i hope it's the hotel that provided ?). People are really nice. Again for a budget hotel this much service is too much to be asked. Dear Miss Gwang, You have a lovely attitude. Thank you for your help. God bless

I stayed in a five star property for first few days of my trip and then moved to Grass Serviced Suites as I have to extend my stay. I am highly impressed with the size of rooms, location, amenities, price and staff service. The lady Pop on the reception is an amazing person. They always service with smile. I loved my stay at Grass Serviced Suites and will highly recommend this property for your next visit in Pattaya.

I stayed 14 days at that place. They have a great breakfast buffet with a variety of foods. The room was comfortable with daily cleaning. All the staff were friendly, particularly Nok. I enjoyed the swimming pool as I needed some exercise.

I had a wonderful experience at breakfast during my stay! The spread was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh options that catered to all tastes—from fresh fruits to hearty warm dishes. The attention to detail in presentation and flavor was evident, and I genuinely enjoyed starting my mornings here. A special mention to Som who made the experience even better. They were incredibly attentive, always ensuring that my table was set perfectly and my coffee was fresh. Their warm smile and friendly service made me feel right at home. It's clear they take pride in what they do. Thank you for making my stay memorable—I highly recommend breakfast here to anyone visit here.. It will great if you add more vegetarian food options???

Everything is great except for two things. 1. our room has no extra lock from inside. A door chain would have made us asleep soundly on our first night. 2. Parking for hotel guests is all the way at the back. You Need to literally drive exiting the hotel area to go around the back and the lot is made of small gravels not even cemented. The parking is directly under the sun so the car is always hot. You would expect that a 4 star hotel will have a better parking than this for the guests. Other than this, everything is great, are we coming back? Yes we will. Am I recommending this to anyone? Yes i will. It is still a good place to stay to especially if you have kids. The breakfast is from 6am to 12.30nn which is great for brunch. You don’t need to wake up early and saves you money for lunch. The room is not spacious but it is cozy and comfortable. Very clean too. It needs extra tables though, for the luggage while unpacking your clothes. There is no cabinet to place your clothes. Air conditioning works fine on the living room and two bedrooms. Tv has local channels. Hotel card is limited to two only, but not a big deal. In the end, do come and stay with them.
