This hotel is located at the prime location, walking distance to central world and platinum mall. I received extremely great service from Ball at the concierge, really friendly and helpful, grateful for that. Breakfast is just decent. Room is huge and comfortable. Would love to stay here again next time in Bangkok

Incredible experience. Room service was swift and went above and beyond. The cleaning was done well and they gave us more than what we needed. The restaurant on the 4th floor is incredible, such an array of foods from a wide variety of cultures. Amazing Italian restaurant on the first floor too.
Great spacious gym with more equipment than I needed. Sauna was nice and plenty of showers and bathrooms to go with it. I could go forever. Such an amazing experience here. Everything surpassed by expectations.

We upgraded to executive lounge access and did not regret it. From the personalised check-in, the hotel amenities surpassed our expectations - the gym, pool, restaurants all were a luxurious treat.
And we love being so close to great malls.
We will definitely return.

Staying at Amari Hotel was an absolute dream! Everything was perfect—the beautiful rooms, the fantastic service, and the top-tier amenities. But the biggest highlight? The staff!
Every single person we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. The sweetest touch was from our amazing cleaning lady, who not only kept our room spotless but also left us personalised, handmade cards. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming surprise!
This hotel goes beyond luxury—it delivers a personal touch that makes you feel at home. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

The hotel has been recently renovated. The lobby is spacious, and the location is perfectly situated between the upscale areas of Siam Paragon and Central World, as well as the popular markets and India Square. It takes about 5–8 minutes of walking to reach Central World.
However, I faced a major issue during my 7-night stay. Every night, someone smoked in the ward, possibly in a nearby room. I reported this to the hotel, but the response was disappointing. A staff member came to check my room and dismissed my concerns, claiming there was no issue inside, even though I explained the smell was coming from outside. Communication was difficult because the staff member’s English proficiency was limited.
Later, I received a call from reception asking which room I suspected. Instead of addressing the smoker directly, they offered to move me to another room. This was frustrating because the hotel has a policy of charging 3,500 THB for deep cleaning when someone smokes in their room, but it seems the rule was not enforced. Unfortunately, the issue continued every night, and I felt the hotel was negligent in handling it.
I hope the management takes stricter measures to ensure a smoke-free environment for future guests.
