We stayed in an executive suite for three nights in February and loved our stay. The suite was beautifully decorated, spacious and in flawless condition. Access to the Club Lounge was included where we enjoyed breakfast each morning. We utilized the hotel airport transfers and highly recommend their service. We had dinner in their Chinese restaurant one evening and it was superb. The pool deck was stunning but the water temp was just too cold to enjoy which was a major disappointment. Our only other suggestion is the Club Room needs some bar seating. There really is nowhere to sit and enjoy an evening cocktail unless you sit at a dining table which is not ideal. Because of this, we passed on using the Club Room in the evenings.

It's good, but I think it's because I stayed in a suite. I also got the lounge area, but it's not worth it. (Unless you like drinking because the food options are really lacking) . Service is great, but I was with my Thai friends, so I don't know if their just nicer? Location was good, many places to go right outside. One thing I really hate though is their breakfast, lunch and dinner timings. Their breakfast buffets closes at 11, but they start packing at 10:30. I know some people that literally can't wake up in the mornings so it's pretty hard for them. Me personally it was fine I guess, but it's not anything special. For lunch and dinner, the timings are pretty bad too, I want to go out, explore the city, and then come back to the hotel to eat at the buffets, to get my money's worth. But no, I can't, why? Because it's closed. So that's why I give it a 3 stars. But keep in mind, I stayed in a suite and had access to the lounge, so that might be the reason why I rank my stay higher. Also there's a lot of Chinese tourists here, and I don't mind, but their super loud. It pissed my friend off a lot. But for the most part, in the suite, it was quiet.

Had an amazing 5 night stay and wish we could've stayed for longer! The room was really clean, and the hotel lobby smells really nice. The breakfast buffet was really good too with lots of local meal options and western. We started off the day by eating so well there every morning. Location is great too since it's right next to all the night bazaars with tons of food options in the market stalls + cheap shopping. It's really lively outside at night but the hotel is very peaceful and quiet. Gym and pool amenities are awesome too. Each staff we interacted with was very friendly and professional. I hope we can come back and stay here next time too!

A really lovely hotel, as you would expect from a chain like Marriott. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very extensive with a mix of western and Asian cuisine. There are two bars, one by the pool with good views over Chiang Mai, and one on the ground floor. The bars stagger their happy hours, so there is basically two for one drinks from 18.00 - 22.00. The best thing about the hotel was its location. In the evening there is an extensive street market right outside the hotel. There is also plenty of street food and small restaurants too. The area was really vibrant with a great buzz, and felt totally safe.

We had a blast staying in Marriott , Chiang Mai. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Their hospitality was beyond my expectations and everyone was very cheerful and extremely polite. Staying there just made our vacation a notch better. Thank you for your service! We are one happy family. We will definitely come back again.
