Uneven experience. There's a lot to like about this hotel. Our room was big and clean. The food was above average with some real highlights for breakfast (Souffle pancakes... wow! Cucumber Aloe juice... refreshing!). Plus many other highlights including *robot* valets! BUT. No high-speed internet. Period. Regardless of status. This affected some work I had to do. Service fumbled several requests... including getting charging cables (one person said they didn't have them, one person gave one to us). The thermostat did not work; stuck at an uncomfortably high temperature. We were told to open the window. It was a positive experience overall, but frustrations dragged down lofty aspirations.

One of the best hotels in Korea! Amazing customer service and hands down the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The room was spacious and very clean. There tends to be an issue with dust in most hotels from the linens but not here. They have great child bed rails for kids. Normally they are small and only cover a portion of the bed but they have large ones that cover the entries length of a king sized mattress! Only did the dinner buffet as I normally skip breakfast. The buffet was decent and an easy option when eating with kids. The only downside for me was the strong perfume smell. I’m very sensitive to smells and it seemed a bit overwhelming at times. I think this is on purpose to mask the sewer smell from surrounding outside construction.

The room overall was nice and updated. However, they shut off the AC for the season and my room was over 80F my first night. It was awful. They did give me a fan but I’m really surprised that this is the norm at a full service Marriott. The staff is lovely and helpful. I’m not blaming them, this may be beyond their control, It is just way too hot to shut off the AC. As a customer, I feel that the temperature in my room should be at my discretion.

I think this is one of the best hotels in Daegu. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are very nice and well maintained. The breakfast is also really good with a number of options available.

The location doesn't front a major thoroughfare but it is a five minute walk from the Dongdaegu train and bus station... very convenient location. The facilities are contemporary and new. Very well kept facility.
