Three star hotel rating is adequate. Feels like a machine managing herds of cattle, which is expected of a hotel chain. Great location though, very convenient with passable breakfast. Would not recommend if you’re looking for a boutique, tailored experience where you feel like a human.

The hotel is very convenient. It’s near the subway, restaurants, and bus stations. The front of the house is very accommodating and also the reservation team when I have additional inquiry. One of the downside would be the centralized air condition. We stayed there end of Feb so the weather outside is cold but every time I enter our room it’s like a sauna which is uncomfortable, good thing is they provide a fan which helps a lot.

The place is right in the middle of everything (food, shopping). Our stay for a couple of days was great, room was clean, service was excellent, everyone is accommodating to our needs. Note: the temperature in Korea when we visited was between -3 to 5 celsius. Their room is part of the centralized ac system and they had to turn up the heat a little bit. For us who are from a tropical country originally, we wanted a room where we can control the ac but it’s all right since they provided us with a fan.

Clean room, convenient location. I checked out on January 16th and have three luggage with me. While I was struggling to head down to the metro, a very kind girl helped me with my luggage. It turns out she’s a front desk agent from the hotel (she probably just got off from work, so it’s not necessary for her to help). It was such a lovely experience and her kindness made my day so much easier.

Frond desk staffs super Egoism.You’re not a celebrity girl and you are in Hospitality Industry. Service mind is a must have. I’m IHG member.This will be my last visit this IHG hotel. Service is below standard and unimpressed. Location is only unique selling point. But I can walk a bit to other Hotel near by. Room was not a soundproof. You heard your neighbor did activities at night or early morning. I found positive side with availability of coffee choices in breakfast room.
