Nice clean rooms with kitchens and small balconies. Breakfast buffet was appealing and tasty with local Thai as well as other Asian dishes all fresh. Great ripe exotic fruits. Location was not really walkable you need a ride to get around which is very easy to arrange via Bolt or the concierge. Indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, and gym were nothing special. Like everything else in Thailand, very inexpensive but by local standards the high end restaurant is considered very pricey but the meals were great and cost what fast food would in NYC.

A very comfortable hotel with good sized rooms and well equipped. The buffet breakfast is impressive and the staff are really friendly and accommodating. It’s just a 10 minute drive to the major sites and Central Ayutthaya shopping centre.

If you run a large hotel and have more customers than you have seats for your breakfast buffet... You should extent the breakfast area during peak season. We are very regular customers at your hotel... We had to leave without breakfast due to scheduled business appointments... Not even got a reimburse for the breakfast we paid for and never ate. That's how you treat your regular customer? Tryst me there are other options for my weekly trips I have till end of year.

The room was nice, but I was disappointed with the service. There were no clear instructions on how to insert the key card correctly to operate the AC, which caused confusion. When I called the staff for assistance, they were very slow to respond and unhelpful. I expected more proactive support from the team.

This is very nice hotel. The room is large and clean. In fact, it's better for family stay. The room has a large refrigerator and cooking ware.
