Great!
Good quality hotel. Spotless clean, functional rooms. No view for me. The hotel has more of a business feel to it than tourist. Lovely pool particularly for watching the sunset - though absolutely freezing! Good gym too. Good breakfast. The immediate area around the hotel has nothing to offer that I could see, but I didn't spend much time in the hotel so I could've missed something. Recommended.

Seems like a fair hotel for a good view. I somehow missed the restaurant until after we had eaten elsewhere. The lack of any English French or Spanish TV channels however is a serious mess. They should just install Google and Amazon on their TVs!

Worst.
The hotel should set seminar only one at a time because of the problem for car parking. Room lighting was dark and there were about 4 cockroaches in my room. So disgusting! Hotel staff should inform visitors about the door linked between 2 rooms that they shouldn't use it. There was someone tried to open that door into my room as I heard the noise at the door. Luckily that I locked it already. But it happened while I was sleeping and it was so creepy.

Great for a two night stay Liked · Breakfast had good options - local Thai dishes, and also good selection of fruit and salads. Pastries were best we've tasted outside France! Coffee excellent, appreciated a real pot of coffee, not a machine. Staff were very helpful and printed a VISA for us. We liked the decor of the hotel and our riverside location. Disliked · Air conditioning seemed to need refreshing as it smelled a bit musty at times. More luggage racks. Extra bed pillows would be nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Generally, we have no special comments regarding their facilities and rooms, and the restaurants are also satisfactory. However, I would like to share a particular incident that occurred during our check-out. During our stay, there were government conferences taking place at the hotel, which attracted the presence of many local government officials and military officers. Initially, this was nothing out of the ordinary (although it would have been better if the hotel had notified other guests in advance, as it may have caused inconvenience), but an unpleasant experience occurred during our check-out. We checked out at the scheduled time of 12 pm and waited in the lobby for our car to take us to Bangkok. After completing all the necessary procedures, we went out to the lobby entrance and waited. At that moment, it seemed that the hotel staff was waiting to greet an important government guest, as many officers were gathered. No one stopped us from waiting for our car at the entrance, so we sat and waited. When our car arrived, we were ready to move our luggage into the car and depart. However, one of the security guards (or the officer in charge of greeting the guest) suddenly approached us and requested that we go downstairs to the car park on the ground floor, as their important guest was approaching. We had five pieces of luggage, and one of our family members had a disability and could not walk as quickly or easily as others. We felt confused and disappointed with the hotel's arrangement. We would not have minded waiting a bit longer if the hotel had informed us in advance that important guests were arriving and that we would need to leave after they were finished. However, asking a disabled person to go downstairs via the staircase without providing any reasons or explanations was inconsiderate. The hotel should review their arrangements when receiving important guests and ensure that other guests are notified in advance of any potential disruptions.
