We stayed as a family of six, all teenagers, and booked three rooms. Overall, the rooms were decent, though we noticed some mildew in the shower of the kids’ room. My spouse and I stayed in the Tropical Pool Villa, while the other two rooms were Luxury Grand Pool Rooms. Having a private pool was a great perk—we didn’t even use the hotel pool because our teens kept coming to hang out in our villa! The hotel provided water regularly, and breakfast was included with our stay. The breakfast was decent, though it would be nice if the hours were extended maybe an extra hour. The bar by the beach was so nice, and we wish they’d also extend their hours. Customer service was excellent—we never had any issues, and the staff were always helpful. Despite the small shower issue, we had a pleasant stay and plan to come back again.

Excellent location with its own private beach front. Very popular resort judging from the number of guests staying there. Convenient location in-between the 2 busy ends of Aonang. Good size room, friendly staff. Amenities and fittings could do with a refurbishment.

Says private beach but not true. Other people are using the limited beds provided. But no one is there to check it Don't feel safe with your things by the sunbed. No life guard in sight. We specially selected this hotel because of its "private" beach. But feel like waste of money. Rooms are outdated. Plunge pool is not been cleaned for decades. Safe in the room is old and rusty and only works with a key provided by the reception. Who knows if there are other keys around ? Staff are nice but lot of them can't speak English so difficult to explain to them anything. Shame because was really looking forward to celebrating my birthday here but so far have been disappointed.

***NOT A PRIVATE BEACH!!!*** Do not be fooled, this is not a private beach as advertised. General public have access to our area of the beach AND many people who were not hotel guests were using the hotel sun beds. There’s no security, no lifeguard, just a little sign saying “Krabi resort guests only” - anything could’ve happened to our belongings and it did not feel safe. Hotel was extremely run down and tired. We had booked a tour to Phi Phi islands so asked for our breakfast to be packed so we could take it away. We specifically asked for a vegetarian breakfast and found when we got to the islands that we were in-fact given ham sandwiches which we were unable to eat. Nobody seems to understand “vegetarian” which is completely shocking to us. After we got back we complained to reception team, specifically to “MAE / MAY” (who originally wrote our order down)- her attitude was appalling. Not only did her and her colleagues start laughing and ridiculing us, she tried to shrug it off as if it was not her problem that the kitchen had messed up our order. “We’ve done our job so it’s the kitchens fault”. No apology, no empathy, nothing. Staff are all under trained, the place is basically being run by children. Extremely unprofessional. We asked to speak to the manager and they refused to let us, saying that the manager was away. Breakfast was horrible, out of the 4/5/6 coffee machines, they were always out of use or broken. We were in a room with a plunge pool, never been cleaned. Hygiene seems to be a SERIOUS problem. There is also a very unpleasant smell which lurks around the grounds. Honestly save your money and go to a different hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Staff are so rude and unprofessional.

Terrible Experience at Krabi Resort – Not Recommended We had a very disappointing experience at Krabi Resort. The rooms were dirty upon check-in and were not properly cleaned during our stay, even after repeated requests. On two occasions, housekeeping completely skipped cleaning the room despite assurances that it would be done. The staff was often unfriendly and unhelpful. Instead of providing solutions, they kept pushing the responsibility onto others, leaving us frustrated. Additionally, the nights were far from restful – the resort is extremely noisy, and the rooms are so poorly insulated that sleeping before midnight was nearly impossible. The overall condition of the resort is also subpar. The streams within the property are heavily polluted, attracting mosquitoes and creating an unpleasant atmosphere. When we decided to check out three days early due to these issues, the management showed no willingness to accommodate us. They insisted on charging us for the unused nights, even though it’s peak season and the rooms could have easily been rebooked. They refused to waive even the small charges for drinks and food on the bill as a goodwill gesture. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. We cannot recommend this resort to anyone and strongly advise against staying here.
