+Location of the property is very good in the middle of everything. They upgraded our room for free ! Hotel is new, swimming pool is not big but nice. -Very ordinary, breakfast, small amount of fruits . small hotel area. There were a lot of insects but they were going to eliminate them.

Excellent location and nice rooms. The rooms weren’t as clean as expected - the taps in the bathroom were filthy and the bathroom had mould growing. Breakfast was average, could do with some more variety and better quality food. The pool was nice but very very cold - we couldn’t use it.

Excellent trip; we were here for 5 nights in Jan, 2025. We are from San Diego and this felt like your typical Mexico resort-style vacation. We loved the hotel. We had breakfast included with our stay which was great. We also had massages twice during our stay which were very relaxing and well-priced considering the cost in a resort in the US. The AC worked great and kept us cool. The pool was also very nice but make sure to reserve pool chairs early, as it is hard to get more than 2 next to each other if you are traveling with a family. Very kid-friendly as well with a pool for kids and kids club for activities. Location: 5/5. It is a 5-10 min walk from the beach, and this is a really popular area of Ao Nang to stay with a ton of restaurants, shops, and smoothie/snack stands along the way. Gym was very small with only about 5 machines, and we did not use it. Everything else was great. Would definitely stay again.

Location is okay in a very central area. Other than that, facilities were fine, the pool was quite dirty with leafs and gym was good. The water in the shower was cold and hot at the same time, and the room felt quite old and unmodern. The breakfast was fine. All in all, everything was just fine. If you're looking to stay in the hotel and enjoy the facilities I wouldn't recommend. But if you're looking to explore the area that might be a good option for you. The price was rather high compare to other hotels in the area and wasn't jusfuied

Staffs were friendly and assisted us throughout our stay. Facilities were well managed and clean. Room was superb and comfortable for family of 6. Breakfast was nice but could have a change of variety. Ordered room service and requested to bring up to the rooftop but was declined. A little better service would have been much appreciated. Overall, recommended hotel for travellers with kids as near the shopping and food areas.
