Great resort style hotel. Rooms are nice and clean with tea and coffee making facilities and fridge. View of limestone rocks was great. Reception staff were very accommodating. Gym was minimal but sufficient for a quick 20 minutes dumbbell workout. Pool is quite small, but with adequate sunbeds and free shuttle to beach which is only a 15 minute stroll anyway. I would recommend.

We have booked and requested early check-in and they confirmed it is based on the availability on that day. When we reached at 1:30 pm rooms were not ready and they gave us a receipt and asked us to come by 2:00 Pm which is their normal check-in time. On 2pm when we went they made us wait till 2:45 pm by delaying saying rooms are not ready. Despite booking 2 individual rooms they allocated connected rooms and said delay is due to that. when we moved to the room we found it was half cleaned and the wash basin was not working. water was stagging. For all these troubles they offered us a welcome drink when we complained and they were not concerned about the issues. The rooms looked small and no shelves or cupboards to keep your luggage. The main concern is the washbasin is next to the bed. They have separate toilet and bathroom which is good but both are small and it has see through doors. Staying with kids can imagine. Buffet breakfast was good. The location of this hotel is good. Nearby restaurants and shopping area and beaches are all within the walkable distance only.

Great place for our family with a baby. Friendly and helpful staff that were on-hand to help 24/7. The room was very spacious and clean. The pool was decent though it can get full quite quickly on a sunny day and the water was a little cold. The location was perfect - tucked away on a quiet street but just a minute walk from the main road with all the restaurants, shops, massage parlors you will need. 10 minute walk to the beach.

Stayed here for the New Years and was pleasantly happy with the resort and the amenities it had. The location is fantastic - no noise, great mountain views and some rooms even have ocean view far out. The breakfast is the real deal with American Italian Asian and Indian and also a live omelet counter, lots of variety and you can leave the hotel to go about your day with a full stomach. The hotel keepers are really helpful to assist in anything. They have an app which makes it easy to order any hotel room amenities. Overall a really great place to stay and recommended!

The rooms are very clean, tidy and have nice views if you are mountain facing. It’s centrally located near bars and good restaurants but still relatively quiet at night. You’ll hear some sounds from car around but that’s it. The service is truly excellent they listen to your needs and are very prompt at addressing at requests like extra towels and bottle openers etc. house keeping comes daily. Breakfast selection is tasty and have wide range. Overall a great experience. I would just add that the gym and pool facilities are slightly dated. The gym equipment especially could use a change. I used the gym everyday and saw some rusty barbells. But they provided fresh towels, cold water, etc which makes up for it.
