We were looking for another cool beach club to spend the day. Just after quickly visiting the Beach Club& seeing the guests - we didn’t want to stay. Looks like the target group guests are right out of a reality tv show à la Geordie shore or similar. Wish there was a comment like mine so I wouldn’t have had to come

I order for food seafood platter, taco and beef satay. Turn out we wait for an hour something for pork taco. ? The seafood platter a bit cold. The beef satay is good, the meat is juicy and still fresh from the oven. And there’s a few person there, so we really disappointed about the kitchen service. The staff is very nice and helpful. The scene also nice. But will think twice if we want to dine in. Prefer not in hungry mode?

We had a stay for 3 night Amazing service Friendly staff..meet LOTUS at reception for great service..she welcomed us with a very big n welcoming smile. My room was just next to beach club so had a party vibe all day long as music was audible to me all day long High five to owner, staff and people with whom i partied ? Highly recommended to party lover to stay at this place

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Unless you want to get yelled at by the server AND the manger. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Only care about the drunk people TERRIBLE!!! OVER PRICED AND MANAGER BOW DIDNT DO ANYTHING. He YELLED at me as well as the server!!! Explaining to them that we didn’t eat the food and they said “If u didn’t want this why did you order this” excuse me?? and I said to them that in a restaurant you never come too you try food I didn’t know it was that terrible! I asked them to take it off the bill cause we only ate one onion ring. and they said no! They said they don’t know if I ate more… do you not see that the plate is full and you don’t know what your portions look like? What kind of restaurant is this? Oh and don’t forget they yelled at me! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! And don’t forget the ants crawling all over us. If I could give -1 I would.

The rooms are amazing and pretty quiet, considering the loud music of the beach club. The worst thing is the DJ, which played every second night, mixing like 2-3 songs at a time, changing every 15seconds to a new song and switching genre from hiphop to house to reggaeton to everything else. Horrible. When the other DJ was playing however it was good vibe. At 2am, the music is off so we stayed up to 2am every night and had a wonderful night sleep :) The location is perfect in the Center of Chaweng next to many restaurants, bars and shops
