Large, Western-style hotel located near the city center of Chiang Mai. On site restaurant offering a daily breakfast buffet as well as room service options. On site bar offers limited service until 10:30pm. Emphasizes wine and beer. Rooms are comfortable. Blackout curtains. Adequate desk space for setting up a laptop and appropriate outlets for charging. In-room safe. Bed is comfortable and AC is efficient and effective. Television stations are extensive but there are no English language movie channels and very few (if any) English language stations in general. Bathroom is clean, dry and a bit dated but very functional. Toiletries not provided. Plenty of hot water. Towels are large. Hair dryer provided. Breakfast buffet includes both Eastern and Western favorites, including an egg station. Plenty of breads and some pastries as well as cold cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit & veggies plus plenty of Asian breakfast favorites. Definitely a pleasant place to stay with walking access to the night market held each Sunday evening.

The place looks shiny from the outside, but the room needs renovation. Hard mattress, smell from carpet, furniture a bit run down and cloaking in the room gives a bad odor from toilet. The gym is a joke. No weights, 3 machines. If you wanna do a workout, don’t use this hotel.

Location of this hotel was good and staff was very friendly. However, we were disappointed in our overall stay as the room we booked (Superior King Room) was not honoured and instead we received a room with two twin beds. The bathroom needed further cleaning, particularly the tub. In addition, we decided to pay for breakfast at the hotel and felt let down by it (e.g., eggs were cold, fruit provided was limited). For the price we paid to stay here, we had expected more from this hotel and would not re-book should we return to the area one day.

Great service and people. Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. -1 star Weird policy of charging 100 THB to replace a keycard. Haven't had that at another hotel. Rooms need to be cleaned more (saw some hair in the bathroom).

The glamor of this place is skin deep and located around the front of the building and in the lobby. Once in your room you realize you're in a Motel 6 back in the States. Plus employees are the VERY minimal of respectful and helpful. Absolutely mailing it in.
