Disappointing Experience with Sound Isolation and Breakfast I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not as expected. Firstly, the sound isolation in the room was quite poor. During the night, I could hear a lot of noise from outside and from neighboring rooms, which disrupted my sleep. This was particularly frustrating as I was hoping for a peaceful and restful environment. Secondly, the breakfast offered at the hotel lacked variety. The same menu was repeated every day, which became quite monotonous. For a hotel of this caliber, I would have expected more variety in the breakfast options to cater to different tastes and preferences. To make matters worse, on the last day of our stay, the hotel became quite crowded due to an increase in occupancy. As a result, we had to wait in a long queue just to get into the restaurant for breakfast. This was extremely inconvenient, especially since we had already paid for the breakfast as part of our stay. Given the long wait, we ultimately decided to have breakfast outside the hotel, which was a disappointing decision considering we had already paid for the service.

Hotel was great, filtered water dispenser was the greatest convenience and hygiene. We slept well for the 5 nights there. Room and air was clean and spacious. Location was great and easy access. Will definitely come back again and recommend to friends.

We booked a suite that was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a well-equipped gym and a fantastic pool. The food at the hotel was very good, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was the access to the Club Lounge, where we enjoyed delicious snacks throughout the day and a fantastic selection of food during Happy Hour. We would like to give special thanks to Torfun and Big, two wonderful staff members who took great care of us every time we visited. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience!

A really excellent option in Bangkok. The facilities are great and the staff are really on the ball. They've recently upgraded their internet services so now there is one single tier for all users which is great. The gym is fantastic and the pool is awesome, I just wish these both stayed open later or were 24 hours. The breakfast is decent, with a changing daily menu set. The rooms are spacious and have comfortable beds. The shower water pressure can be a little weak but not unusable. I'd definitely stay here again next time.

Been staying this hotel for the past 3 years. This year the Service improved so much. After renovations the room look so much better. More clean and bright. In the room have water dispensers which is fantastic. Hotel is link to MBK shopping mall. Location is great. Continue to keep up the good works.
