Our 3-day office event at The Leela Palace Jaipur was an absolutely stellar experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff ensured everything was seamless, making our event not only productive but also incredibly enjoyable. The accommodation was equally impressive. The rooms were luxurious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed.

Every thing was fantastic but little costly. Food is too good. Rooms are well decorated and maintained , cleaned . Property is big but clean. Employee's are cooperative. Anyone can plan with family and friends. Will visit again

My friends and I visited Mohan Mahal. The place was a bit claustrophobic but it was fine. The courses were big and only half the food was tasty. This is where things change - the kitchen door opens right into the seating area and it was disgusting. The kitchen scared the crap out of me.

They went out of their way to arrange a Leopard Safari, a highlight of our visit, and even connected us with some of the finest tailors and artisans for unique regional handicrafts. Their dedication, local expertise, and personal touch made us feel incredibly valued and gave us experiences we will cherish forever. Traveling with our 16-month-old son, we often had time-sensitive and specific needs, and the concierge team—Rick, Rishin, and Manashvi—exceeded every expectation. They catered to all our requests, big and small, with remarkable efficiency and care. Their attention to detail and commitment to making our stay stress-free, especially as parents, was truly commendable. Beyond the incredible service, the property itself is a masterpiece. The design of The Leela Palace Jaipur is breathtaking, blending timeless Rajasthani elegance with modern luxury. Every corner exudes sophistication, making it an enchanting retreat for families like ours. We left feeling thoroughly happy, refreshed, and eager to visit other Leela locations in the future. Love the property! It's beautiful. The rooms are spacious and look clean. The balcony was the highlight of the stay. Greenery all around, you can hear the sound of birds all throughout. The food is amazing. Hygiene was compromised. The cleaning staff cleaned the washroom, collected garbage from there and then, without washing hands, touched the edibles and the water bottles in my room. All of this happened in front of me. I dread imagining their hygiene standards when one is not watching the room getting cleaned. Definitely not expected from a property of this stature! -------------------- (missed adding earlier) This is was the first time I stayed at a Leela property and was not just disappointed but shaken up by the experience. Never had such an experience at any other five star hotel.
