Very good property with an excellent restaurant and bar spread. But what really stands out is an excellent service from the staff. Thank you Ms. Chetna, guest experience and the housekeeping staff. Your willingness to support my requests within minutes made my stay and the occasion extra special. Thank you so much. Mr. Mainak, you served us really well during the breakfast on both the days. Your calm demeanour and the service was top notch. Much Appreciated!!

Epitome of luxury. Beautiful facilities and amenities. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Enjoyed cultural programs given by the hotel. Breakfast buffet was wonderful variety and very enjoyable.

Hotel maintenance is poor. Lighting everywhere is very poor- especially in the rooms and washrooms! The lift actually fell 2 floors when the electricity went- a horrific experience! Woodwork on windows was in poor shape. Definitely not expected with such tarrifs.

I went while there was a wedding going on so my experience was not good. Few reasons: - My bag was misplaced and took 2 hours to find (I found this to be highly unorganised for such a large hotel) - A lot of noise in the corridor from wedding guests, at 2am. Non wedding guests should have been allocated rooms away from the wedding guests. This was done once I complained at 2am!! - My friend got really sick while at the hotel, and I found the doctor who had come to be not qualified and highly unprofessional!! You need to have better doctors on your books The rooms are really nice though and staff otherwise was friendly.

we went for a marriage at Fairmont. the occasion was beautiful with an amazing bar to offer awesome cocktails and delicious food. my daughter fell sick and the room service was kind enough to send khichdi for her at 3:30am and that too on the house. that was very touching. thanks.
