One of the best Malaiyo I've tried here. Banaras is maintenance of Malaiyo and shreeji is the best keeper. I tried their Malaiyo and it tasted really amazing . Best Malaiyo of Banaras. Must try. The price is just ₹60.

It was average, not better than the Daulat ki chaat in Chandni Chowk Delhi. It was less foamy, more bubbly. It tasted less like Malai and more like the jhaag which forms when you pour hot milk from height. Turned out over hyped.

Shreeji Sweets in Varanasi is overhyped, especially on social media and Instagram. The quality does not match the hype. We had tried their famous Malaiyo, a frothy malai dessert served with milk, but the froth lacked the expected texture and quality. Moreover, the shop is located in the midst of the bustling streets, which can be quite overwhelming. If you're in the area, I’d recommend trying a local shop in the same gully for a more authentic experience.
