I recently stayed at Hotel Ciry Inn for one night with my parents, and we had a great experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Our room was clean and comfortable, providing everything we required for a short stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for convenience and great service!

Very nice hotel located near to Varanasi Railway Station. I have opted for Executive rooms and the railway station view from the rooms were mesmerizing. Also, support staffs are very good. Room service is very fast and is just a call away. Special shout for Rajeev for all the help and support during our stay.

Despite informing the reception staff to keep breakfast for my family and me for a few extra minutes due to an unexpected road accident, our request was ignored. We were 23 people in total The staff's lack of cooperation and failure to honor their commitment was unsettling. Their attitude and unprofessionalism marred our stay. Improvement suggestions: 1. We stayed here for two days and our experience was awesome!! All Food items tasted super yummy and their quality was superb. Even every portion of veg thali was superb in quality and taste. The restaurant staffs and hotel staffs were very helpful and polite. Location is spot on, right in front of station. View from room is also good.

Don’t come if you have a pet, I had a chat with them before coming from Delhi to Varanasi, they agreed to keep the pet in room but once I reached the place they denied us. Worst experience.
