Rating them 3 star because they provide an average customer experience. The good part was hotel staff was well spoken and made some requested amendments. The breakfast was good. The bad part is that bathrooms are mouldy or very old to look unclean. Their was a noise in our room from AC which I informed them but they did not actively solve and was rather ignored. We were told to let them know if it happens again which we did, still nothing happened. It prevented me from getting a good night sleep. They could not send wine glasses to the room because they are not allowed. They could not pack our included breakfast when we informed that we would be late from temple darshan. There was a sharp nail below the table in their restaurant that damaged our clothes. At times, it felt that I'm in a school rather than a luxury hotel. For so many negatives, if it were truly a luxury hotel, I would be staring at a refund in my bank account. But as expected, the experience was only average and they work hard to keep it that way.

The hotel room was nice yet small. The balcony was only 1 foot wide where you can only stand. The campus and location was excellent. There was a marriage party that made disturbing noise till late. The morning breakfast spread was excellent. The price was optimal. The location was excellent with a park nearby. The service and the staff was very nice. Strongly recommended at this price, 5.5k inclusive of breakfast for two.

We stayed here for 4 nights and the experience was good.. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast every morning was awesome, especially the dosas were lip smacking. The staffs were good, especially the person serving coffee and tea, the chef who make dosas and the manager who would make sure everything is perfect during breakfast. Also the housekeeping service was good.. Overall satisfied

Pros Excellent for the price. Rooms - spacious, airy, clean, well maintained Housekeeping - excellent Reception staff - excellent Swimming pool - excellent Restaurant - Ala Carte dinner was good Breakfast buffet - spread was good.But refilling of dishes was slow and insufficient. Service was average. Staff were not able to handle the crowd. Location is excellent.Close to all the places to see. Overall - would surely revisit and recommend.

Location is good, ambience is good, food quality is really good. However rooms without balcony need at least some view instead of just a blue steel boundary. Requested at front desk if we can be shifted to other room but never got back to us. Staff at front desk not that trained but other staff especially at Canton Royale are proactive and welcoming.
