Very courteous and helpful staff. Clean overall, although the room carpets need renewal/replacement. This hotel is supposed to be a non-smoking property, I was told. Our room intensely smelled of cigarette smoke, possibly from a recent violator. The front staff promptly moved us to a good room and helped us transfer the baggage. Overall, a good experience. The restaurant is clean and classy.

Amazing level of service. I haven't seen such a high level of service for a long time. Even during crowded breakfast time everyone is particular to ask you. Overall a similar experience with housekeeping also.

very tasty food with traditional Bihari cuisine taste. The must try Mutton curry, and Chicken Curry cooked in earthen pots on slow heat. Very tasty, Food is Fish Curry mustard paste curry taste very tasty,

Noisy nighttime. Worse at weekends because of nightclub nearby. Rooms are dated and not very cosy. The restaurant is good with a buffet style and a vast selection for dinner and breakfast.Staff are friendly but not very efficient.Failed to impress overall it is just average.Room not ready when we arrived so waited 1.5 hrs. no communication or offer of a free tea or coffee.

We have stayed at this hotel three times and appreciate its high standards. The hotel is undergoing continuous renovations, which means there are both older and newly renovated rooms. We had the opportunity to experience both types of rooms. The new rooms are modern and comfortable, while the older rooms, though clean, show some signs of age. The breakfast is a real highlight. The restaurant offers both Indian and continental options, providing a great variety. The quality and selection of food are excellent, catering to every taste. The staff deserves special mention for being consistently friendly and attentive. For those who want to experience local life, the nearby New Friends Colony is the right spot. Here, you can immerse yourself in the vibrant hustle and bustle and get a taste of Delhi. However, there were a few aspects we didn't enjoy. The air conditioning in our room was quite loud and couldn’t be finely adjusted, which slightly affected our sleep quality. Additionally, we found the price of the Chai Masala in the lobby to be quite overpriced, at over 300 rupees. Overall, it's a highly recommended hotel with excellent service and a great location.
