I wasn’t expecting great services from this hotel but to found whole bunch of bugs on the bed was a shock. After notifying this issue to the hotel staff, he switched the room to the bigger room. But the second room had mold on the cover unit of AC. So, I had to move to another room again. I was upset at the hotel staff as he was trying to reason with me that changing to a bigger room was a sort of compensation. I was by myself and having a bigger room didn’t mean anything. If the hygiene is a big factor in choosing hotel, this is not the place for you. And this hotel should educate their staff how to be more courteous to their guests. We bring business, not a nuisance!

Ridiculous service, if there’s service at all… extremely impolite and incompetent front desk staff. Have stayed one night. That curly hair front desk guy on duty on 26 Oct night seemed like he hated everyone and wouldn’t help when there’s an issue with the booking and we waited over 15min just to get the key card. And this guy had no name tag while others did. And the other day when checking out, the staff wouldn’t let me go because of their own issue with the booking agency despite the fact that I have a airport bus to catch. Checking out took more than 10min and still wasn’t done, when in other hotels you just drop the card in a box and go. And the front desk woman had the audacity to blame me for their own problem with the booking agency, saying that my reference number was cancelled in an extremely impolite way (don’t know they let me check in the night before…). Maybe the proximity to airport is the only good thing about this crappy hotel.

Rooms are good and clean. Size of the room I chose was a bit small but well equipped with cooking top, fridge, washing machine central AC and some utensils. Though I did not used the room service but staff was very kind and nice.

The room looks terribly old and ill-maintained. Wallpapers are sticked on to cover old stained walls but it looks like they are about to fall off. There's a small spider near the AC. Zero amenities provided except a bottle of 2 in 1 shampoo and a bottle of shower gel. I do not use those since they look really cheap. Weird noises heard throughout the night from the corridor and the AC. The top of the work desk is extremely dirty. The desk mat is heavily stained. A piece of hair (that doesn't belong to me) is found on the pillow and in the dining menu. The hair dryer is cheap and weak. This is an acceptable place to stay before catching a concert at INSPIRE ARENA. The location and transportation is wonderful. But the quality of the room is so bad it's not worth staying for more than one night.

Rooms a bit smallish. Suitable size for one. A bit tight for two or more. Despite this our room had a kitchenette. Bathroom was clean and functional with built-in bidet-very practical. Very near to Lotte Mall, easy to buy provisions, and F and B outlets.
