I feel like Serramonte Center is coming up again. New, trendier stores and little fast food restaurants are opening up in every corner, like K dog and mochi donut. There are places to take your kids to participate in creative activities, like Slime Kitchen, and overall a busy, welcoming vibe. It might not be a destination for people who don't live in the neighborhood yet, but it's getting there.

PROBLEM IN PARKING GARAGE BY MACY’S - At any time of the day, and specially at night, some people drive their car up and down the garage ramp with special muffler that make deafening noise. The garage is a Private Property. Those drivers intentionally make the environment Unsafe and Unpleasant for all of us. I have seen some elderly shoppers jumped and look frightened. I have witnessed the uncivilized behaviors of those drivers. It’s sad to see young people depend on such insignificant and useless way to express their own self worth. I never felt safe when those cars roared inside the garage. What’s going on Serramonte? Are you aware of the matter? Do you care to make Serramonte a safe and pleasant environment for everybody, for family, for the children? This has been going on for so long. It’s time for the Management to act to protect the visitors before things get out of hand with violence and confrontation. Oct 6, 2024

This shopping center is attractive indeed. It is next to Hwy 280, has more than 100 wonderful stores, and every Thursday and Saturday from 9am till 1pm all year around a Certified Farmer's market is available. Many stores offer great discounts. A food court is opened for takeout. Seats and tables in the food court are temporarily closed. Parking is available just about everywhere except in the north area where a new construction is taking place. Farmer's market is behind Macy's. Location is very convenient to make the last gift purchase before arriving to the airport. Recomend!

A great, family mall that is undergoing a welcome freshening up. Lots of new stores and food options. Lots of new places to sit and relax (with outlets to charge your devices!)

It’s a mall I was working but all the stores were very nice and friendly. They remembered me and said hello each day I worked. Clean and nice. Gets busy around 3-4pm. Check it out
