For any of the big events it is better to avoid this. They have digital key feature but it will not work. They have huge line to check-in, takes hours to get room keys. They have weird elevators, takes hours to get your turn for elevator. Rooms are great, location is great but waiting in lines for every move, drains the energy.

We loved our stay. The rooms were surprisingly quiet for being in the heart of the city. The lobby was fancy and my kids were very impressed and excited about the elevators. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely hotel! The newly renovated room was really nice and modern. The top floor rotating club was incredible. We spent hours in there enjoying the view and the food. The feelings just hit different when you get to watch the city waking up beneath you bathed in morning sunshine while you have warm delicious breakfast buffet. I can't wait to stay here again in the coming months when SF gets warmer. Much love!

Beautiful hotel. The atrium/lobby is extremely impressive and made riding the glass elevators very fun. Rooms were updated and very comfortable. We had a King Bay View and had a great view out of the windows. Very close to transit as well to help get around the city. Highly recommend staying here.

Couldn’t have asked for an amazing experience like this! Forever cherished in my memories. Everything was smooth and perfect from the moment I checked in. Friendly staff. Had the best room view overlooking the city and bridge! Very close to restaurants and the Caltrain. San Francisco is very beautiful!
