The food was served steaming hot and was extremely tasty. It is also located in a place where there is no traffic, so people can peacefully enjoy their food. The service was excellent, with the waiters complying with the necessities of the customers(eg. preparing a non spicy dish). Overall I would recommend dining in this place whenever possible.

This place was recommended by our driver on our way to the city from airport but we ended up having lunch here another day while returning from Sarnath. 2/3 of us were happy with the quality of food. Slightly pricey for the offerings and seems like the spice levels are catered towards foreigners. Totally relished it with multiple servings of butter milk.

Referred by a driver on an extremely hectic day , we stepped into the restaurant and loved the ambience, the warmth , the setup. The food was delicious, with ample serving and lots of varieties. I loved the chandan flavoured drink a lot

Very basic food with normal spices. Atmosphere is nice here staff is polite, friendly and cooperative. If you like to have home like simple food you can visit this place. They also serve food without onion and garlic, jain thali. Thali is speciality here with having different types of curries, rice, dal, khichdi, rice. They also seeve nice snacks with thali. Buttermilk was nice too.

It was our last day in Varanasi, Before we boarded the flight to Bangalore decided to have our Lunch at " Shree Shivay Thali Dining Varanasi", We were accommodated to a 4 seater table. We were served food/water/butter milk in Bronze vessels. Chaas and water were so cool in the bronze tumbler, Chaas tasted excellent, We were served Sweets, Dhokla, Tawa Roti, Curries, Khichdi, Jeera Rice, White Rice and Dhal. Everything was served Hot and fresh, Staff asked us multiple times if we need additional servings. Excellent Place to have Lunch.
