Very nice cabins. Nice restaurant with lots of options. Easy access to other things. I didn't use gymn or the play field or swimming pool but that could be nice for many people. The open area in the middle could be very nice for a family wedding or reunion or office conferences. I recommend this place.

We stayed here as a group of 20. Remote place. Looks good. Service was bad. Letting children runaround dining area touching food. Many people in our group had stomach upset. Noisy +++.Staff were unhelpful. Never again ?

The service in the restaurant is very disappointing. The waiters are ignorant and rude. Had to wait for 25 minutes just to place an order and another 10 minutes to even get a glass of water. On requesting for the same, the waitress arrogantly ushed to to keep waiting. Even when willing to order and mentioned in menu for food timings from 19:00, we were told that they won't take orders before 19:30 without a tone of decency or hospitality. The food quality was also below par and unsatisfactory.

We stayed in this resort for 3 nights, and it was a wonderful experience. We were all greeted with a bead necklace around our neck and refreshing drinks. The food here is very flavourful and there were many dishes to choose from in the buffet as well as the menu. The room service and housekeeping here is well handled. The tents and cottages are also quite spacious and comfortable. We were only disappointed with the location of the resort as it is in the extreme outskirts of Varanasi and also in the interior regions which makes it hard to get an Uber or taxi to come here. Overall, the property and ambience is really lovely and we had a great time!

One star! Terrible location and accessibility. Restaurant is pathetic! Service is absolutely useless, TASTELESS FOOD, really overpriced and water is more expensive than food here i guess, Buffet cold and no proper refilling happening. The whole place is now running based on the Infrastructure. The waiter service has crumpled, Especially waiter MANISH, who made us wait for a glass of water for 1hr leave alone the food. The Manager is also HELPLESS. THE HIGH RATING PRESENT HERE ARE ALSO QUESTIONABLE AND SEEMS TO BE LAUNDERED BY SOME SERVICES OR AGENCY. NOT RECOMMENDED AS WELL
