Opening hours

Arrived at 2pm for check in (as stated in booking confirmation) to be told that we would have to wait until 3pm. We had planned to check in on time to then manage rest of schedule. Staff weren’t apologetic, understanding or helpful. We arrived back in the evening and was told our luggage was in the room, only to get there and find only half of it. Tried calling reception but phone doesn’t work so had to go back down. Was then told by reception the pool closes at 9pm so go down at 8pm. Turns out it closes at 7. Looking at the other reviews the management seems to have a standard response whether good or bad. So somewhat doubtful they actually take note. We have also booked Taj in Delhi so hoping for better service there.

The level of hospitality is above and beyond at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, and everything in between was perfect. They have a restaurant on site. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner - and the food was phenomenal. The whole staff was very professional, courteous, and hospitable. I would like to specially mention Deependra and Amit for their outstanding service. I would definitely book this hotel again on the next trip to Agra.

Very well located. Little on the tired side but still clean and tidy. Easy ride to Taj. On a busy main street with a large range of places to eat. Staff are attentive and helpful.

We had a comfortable stay. Service was good. The staff is very polite. Sky Deck does offer a decent view of the Taj Mahal! Although the Sky Deck menu is limited. The hotel twin dogs, Max and Maya are absolute charmers. Feedback : Serveware can be improved. Did not like the cups we received our beverages in. Plates are past their run time.

Words are not enough to explain how beautiful my experience was with my family at Tajview. All the staff was so welcoming, polite and helpful. Kids loved Maya and Max. Food was lovely at the restaurant and breakfast has all the options you could ask for. If you travel with kids they have a very nice play ground and swimming pool as well.
