I had a really positive experience at this McDonald's location recently. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct and that I had a pleasant experience. I was very impressed with their customer service skills. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future.

First of all and I promise I’m not racist but holy shit stop hiring people who don’t speak English just because it’s cash in your pocket because the government gives you money for hiring foreigners…. The Indian lady working the drive through had the line backed up because she doesn’t speak English and she got my order wrong. Quarter pounder with cheese and one without…. And both had cheese, and my partner has allergy restrictions. Meaning he could not enjoy this meal and unfortunately money wasted. Please do better…. ( night staff )

We have been to this place a couple of times. The kids like it because there is a play place. But that was until today, because the employees are rude. I did not receive full service and asked why. They rudely answered that they do not have this and it is not the employee's problem :) When I asked another employee to tell me the name of the woman whose behaved incorrectly, at first they tried to ignore me, and then they said that they can not tell (the name should be on the form, but it was not). Then I asked to speak to the manager, they told me that this person who speak incorrectly is the manager (I do not know if this is true). I can not say that there has always been excellent service , but today I am simply shocked by the treatment of customers. I just wanted to get the service because a pay for that. I do not recommend it to anyone.

I ordered delivery through Skip at around 3:30 am. I know that's not a GREAT hour to be ordering greasy fast food at but I normally don't have a bad experience and was starved. This time however, the wait was 69 minutes. I didn't mind waiting that long so long as I got my food. The restaurant knew they were out of an item. Instead of being normal about it and calling me, or cancelling the order when it was placed/when they realized they were unable to fill the order, they instead made me wait that entire hour to find out. They waited until the DRIVER SHOWED UP to cancel it. He had to drive all the way from downtown and was waiting in that restaurant for at least 10 minutes! Absolutely abysmal treatment to both me and that poor guy who wasted his gas.

This McDonald's is great. I know this store is busy all the time and I recognize how hard they work to keep the lines moving fast. To my delight, they are always accurate with the orders as well. On the very odd chance my food is wrong, they replace it fast and with no issue. So, I must say the customer service is great too. This is a great McDonald's to come and sit down with a few friends and enjoy a coffee or snack. Lots of tables that are always clean. I can't give anything other than 5 stars because I see how hard the staff work and their hard work really pays off. A little tip, get yourself a bag of twizzlers and use the candy as a straw for your soda, so yummy.
