What can I say? This place is amazing, and in the perfect location for walking to bars and restaurants!
We love shopping as well and the stores are only a short drive away.
(Tip of the day...Better to drive for shopping and walk for bars when selecting a hotel)
The room we had here was very cool. Musical artwork in the room and the furnishings just made it feel a bit ritzy if ya know what I mean. Very Very cool.
All the folks we dealt with there are very accommodating and know what customer service is.
If you're headed to St John's for some shopping, restaurants and hitting up a few bars, you've found your spot.
If you're looking for a really nice, upscale hotel/room for a very decent price, you've found your spot.
Enjoy your stay!

We just popped in to eat at Exile and look at the huge personal collection of music art on the walls! The food was amazing . We had the dick and tenderloin…. Savory goodness. Followed by a lemon ? cheesecake. The music playlist is phenomenal and pipes in from the office and cannot be tampered with.
The attention to detail is spot on with the seating, monogrammed napkins and glasses.

My wife and I stayed at the Jag for three days in early July 2024. The rooms must be soundproof because we never heard any noise even though there was construction going on nearby. Our room was modern and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the great music selections played everywhere in the hotel. There are speakers everywhere and the volume set high enough so we can enjoy the great music being played. We enjoyed hearing from hotel staff on how much that they appreciate Mr. Steel, the owner of this hotel. The music memorabilia that was every everywhere was a real treat to our eyes. All of the greatest groups and musicians of our time are here. The decor throughout the hotel was very stylish and modern. The restaurant in the hotel is The Exile. We never felt so comfortable and at home as this place made us feel. Everyone working there made us feel so very welcome and special. The food was so delicious. Every meal was great. We will always remember our Jag experience.

What a great hotel!!! From the moment you step foot into the lobby, you feel like you have walked into a music museum. The decor has paintings of rock and roll legends everywhere. The chairs in the lobby are these big, orange, whimsical ones that would be right out of a Tim Burton movie. The tables in the bar are made up to resemble vinyl record albums. The rooms are very clean. The bathroom was very nicely done. The shower was huge with rainfall shower head option. Very relaxing. A nice touch was housekeeping brought a delicious milk chocolate bar and turns down your bed in the evening.
We had some appys in the Exile restaurant and they were delicious.
We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend and would definitely stay again!!!

Huge rooms, superb location, outstanding coffee. It has a lovely restaurant and perhaps more importantly excellent staff working as a team.
Sky on the reception was the kind of young man one hopes to employ and he truly deserves his position as a primary interface with the public as did all the staff.
I really appreciated the decor. Money and effort created something unique and interesting.
I understand a concert hall and extension are to be completed soon and it all looks awesome.
The owner is a visionary, a man looking beyond the norm to what can be, someone prepared to invest their own money and effort. The City will be better for it and thats an astonishing achievement - Wishing the hotel continued success, I will definitely return.
