Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during our entire stay. Rooms were clean and had all of the amenities expected in a Sheraton. Parking was also plentiful. Location is perfect for a walk downtown or up to Signal Hill and The Battery. Would definitely stay here again!!

This is the second time I have stayed at this property and have been utterly disappointed. I will be staying at the Alt or the Hilton next time. Ever since they were bought out by Bonvoy their front desk team, their customer service has been downright terrible. Also don’t eat at Bivver it’s too expensive and not worth it at all. I didn’t park, but parking seems to be a nightmare. And yes it’s on top of a hill so, be mindful of you plan on walking places.

No better place to reach Titanium this year than at Sheraton Hotel Newfoundland. It's the details that count. Consistent and friendly staff, personalized note in my room each stay, and always at the top floor with a great view. Looking forward to my next stay.

Loved the location of this hotel. Close proximity to Signal Hill and great walk to anything downtown St. Johns. We love walking so dis not take car anywhere but too and from the airport. Had the waterfront room and git wntertained by watching ahips coming in and leaving the harbor.

Rooms are old and dark. Worst part is AC on full blast at summer time. Room temp never go below 21C while they give you heavy winter blankets. Requested for lighter blankets and being told nothing else is available. Worst hotel on the comfort level for sure
