Great and friendly service, cosy setup and good variety of food choices. Overall, great experience. We ordered chilly, elk burger and Montreal brisket sandwich. Chilly was very homey and elk burger was delicious. My first time trying it. Brisket was a bit different. It was much of a texture of cold cut compared to what I have tried before. Overall, will go again.

We like this place. Easy to grab a delicious bite. Not too fancy and not fast food. Right in the middle and that worked for us with our toddler. We tried the veggie burger, the stir-fry, the veggie chili and the potato soup. They were all flavorful. If you arrive after 6pm you might need to wait . They do not take reservations and no take-out food. They have high chairs and kids menu.

Between all the cafes in Lake Louise and Banff area, this is by far the best one! Food prices are reasonable, which is rare here. The food is tasty, the coffee is good, and the service is friendly, they actually care about their customers. The vibe is what you look for in cold environments: small windows, big fireplace, and wooden walls. We have been to this cafe multiple times, and it never disappoints. Try the soup. Always tasty!

Stopped in for a quick lunch after reading the other positive reviews. Seated quickly in the alcove away from the main dining area (much quieter). Service was fast and friendly. Had a crispy chicken burger with fries and a salad with added chicken. Both were delicious. The price seemed lower than other places nearby. They have some outdoor seating on a patio as well.

Stopped in for a quick bite. Food was excellent and service was awesome! Had the elk burger and chicken burger with the house salad for both Burgers were flavourful and cooked perfectly. Salad and dressing were great. Salad was fresh with no wilty greens . Will come again for sure!
