Opening hours

Everything was excellent until I came back home and one of the staff (Stevi Kim) kept bugging me to give reviews on her. I had already submitted my review to her manager and she kept asking me to forward it as she could not find it. Why keep bugging a customer for spending time to forward reviews when it seems to be an internal inefficiency of not capturing customers’ reviews properly? And she wasn’t even that helpful to my mum when she encountered an issue with not being able to go into the room (we had given copies of my mother’s and my passports upon check-in so i really cannot understand why she could not let her into the room).. So no solution given to a desperate old woman in need of help, yet kept bugging me to give her a review?! And even mentioning that we may be embarrassed about the incident… what?! Why should we be embarrassed when she as a hotel staff did not so anything to help my mum?! She would have to undergo more training to help customers and be more careful with her words… Really left a bitter taste after the whole outstanding experience staying there… That’s why 3 stars are given…

This was my first time staying at the hotel, but it was an amazing experience. Once of the best InterContinental hotels I have stayed at. Sadly, I was only there one night. The staff was amazing (especially Eve or Eva...she was really kind and helpful when checking in) and the breakfast was simply spectacular. It is directly connect to the COEX mall, which also makes it really convenient as well. Highly recommended!

Location is why we always stayed on this hotel. The service is always good especially at the Club room. But the room really needs a lot of updating…stayed at the junior suite and one side of room is totally bared with just couch and table. A simple flowers/plant and some painting in the wall would have made huge difference.

Stayed at the hotel while attending a conference in COEX. The interior was good with warm colours against the cold weather. The staff was good; however there were some better than the others. All communicated very well and polite but sometimes they spout out backhanded comments. I didn't manage to get their names, but I would love to give special thanks to the concierge and the staff handling the fitness centers reception. Best staff were the cleaning ladies. They made my day whenever I see them in the hallways. Lovely smiles Breakfast was good for the price. Varied choices but I wished there were more local delights. The congee was amazing.

2023/11/04 8:30pm or so, I was attended my friend’s wedding reception, therefore i stay at this hotel, but I was so angry when I check-in. the room was great, and the floor was good too, the defect was a female, front desk clerk, she cant speak English so well, it was ok for me but her attitude, something like from the hell! if a hotel like here with no nice service, no bellboy even without any smile, i think Korean is not ready for tourists from overseas yet!
