Canoeing at Lake Louise was an unforgettable experience. The lake was gorgeous blue with snow-white mountains in the background. There are also hiking trails with different difficulty levels by the lake. During the hike, we passed through super tall trees and took many memorable pictures. There are also beautiful birds and wild berries that can be spotted while hiking.

Beautiful, breathtaking and service was on point The gondola ride was awesome. Was able to capture some great moments. We were only taken up half the way and still charged the full rates. Food at the cafeteria was bland (poor) restrooms were terrible And the helicopter ? running back and forth was loud (construction).

The Lake Louise gondola is a must do! The views from the top are stunning! Enjoy the ride to the top on either an enclosed gondola or an open ski chair seat. There is plenty of parking and a few eating options at the lodge. This is also the location to get bus passes to ride to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. There is also a small restaurant at the top but the prices are a little steep. Views are with it though.

I'm not really into standing in lines with a bunch of other tourists, but this gondola experience wasn't bad at all. We did go really early in the morning in the middle of August, so maybe that played a role. The line was somewhat long, but it moved fast. They're really organized up there. And what can I say about the views? Simply amazing! I have yet to experience a prettier view than the one atop Sulphur Mountain. It's a definite must-see if you are visiting Banff.

Riding the open chairlift at Lake Louise Ski Resort was a fantastic experience!
