Had a wonderful stay at the Chateau Lake Louise leading up to Christmas. The service was impeccable starting with the immediate response from the Concierge team to my email request for assistance reserving spa appointments, dining and a full range of winter activities over our 5 day stay in December. The guides leading the winter hike to Johnston Canyon and snowshoeing on sight were knowledgeable and attentive making sure everyone involved in the activity was comfortable and having a good time. Room was comfortable and the view could not be beat. Lastly, the location was ideal for exploring all the area had to offer. Highly recommend a stay at the Chateau Lake Louise!

I didn't think we could have a better stay than last year, but wow! It was incredible! We got one of the newly renovated rooms, and it is beautiful! Everything is so well laid out, and feels warm and inviting. The food is just sublime! Even those things that I wouldn't expect, are so perfectly made, and make my mouth water with anticipation for the next bite. And finally, and most notably, the staff. They are so friendly, joking, laughing, always looking to help, and so quick to help if needed. I feel like the staff are the ones that really made this stay. Nothing can beat that friendliness, and joy. Not even the truly beautiful and breathtaking view of Lake Louise. Loved our stay!

It’s perfect locations! And lake view room give you wonderful pictures of lake Louise and Victoria Glacier every minute when you stay in room. We enjoy the good services from Fairmont Gold and also the ski shuttle and ski storage, which is very convenient for skiers. My son loves skating on Lake Louise. We have wonderful stay here!

We had an amazing trip staying at your property. From check-in to check-out, the service was spectacular! We arrived to an upgraded lake view room, chocolates were left during turn-down service, the food and drinks were exquisite, and the staff mentioned us by name everywhere we went. We can’t wait to return.

Our rooms were very nice, and the whole hotel is very well decorated. Every need in our room was anticipated and met. However, the most extraordinary points are the location and the service. The hotel is perfectly placed in a natural wonderland, the lake is obviously the central gem but the mountains and accessible hiking are incredible too. The hotel concierge staff and restaurant wait staff went above and beyond expectations to deliver an incredible experience. I recommend asking any question or requests, as they are exceptionally accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to others.
