The Calgary farmers market west is a fantastic indoor, farmers and artisans market in Calgary that has everything that a busy cook would want to find: fresh produce, meat, seafood, spices, house plants, BBQ supplies, etc. I wish that I had a market like this nearby, as I would go every week! Lots of great food kiosks to try different types of ethnic cuisine, coffee and drinks. A really fun place to spend the afternoon for a foodie! The adorable animal signs were classic and added a-lot of cute personality. It’s a lovey shopping experience or a place to hang out and relax with a nice drink or a meal. A wonderful place to explore and shop for all sorts of interesting things in Calgary! Highly recommended!

Fantastic place to support local farmers! Many unique and specialy stores inside. Merchants selling homemade crafts, pickled veggies, jams, cuts of meat, fresh flowers etc, if you want organic, this is the place! Clean and well maintained.

This is the perfect mix of farmer’s market and food stalls. Love the fresh produce, meats, fish and cheese. As well as specialty booths. Unfortunately we are traveling and could not take it with us. Wish we had stopped here before we went up to Banff. We would have purchased our week’s worth of food here! A lot of ready meals.
