Opening hours

Rolanie helped us out with a parking situation. She was the sweetest most accommodating front desk lady. Haven't even stayed here a night yet, but her service already made it 5 star. Thank you Delta folks :)

Only stayed for one night but we had a great experience. Very friendly staff greeted us, and we were promptly checked in. Our room was clean and the concierge was able to have robes and slippers brought to our room for pool usage. The pool/hottub were clean and towels were restocked while we were there. There is even a sauna in each of the change rooms. Thank you for a great experience!

Such lovely hospitality! We arrived late after a delayed flight and having collected a hire car from the airport. We were tired and a bit frazzled with driving on the right side of the road (English!) I popped in to ask directions to the car park (which was actually really easy) explaining we’d had a long drawn out day, and when we both came back in the lovely lad on reception handed us a bottle of water each - so very kind and thoughtful! Our room was lovely, we came downstairs to eat at gone 10.30pm but were served some lovely food and the bar staff were super welcoming and helpful. This is how you do hospitality. Bravo team! And thank you! :)

The staff upon check-in was amazing very cheerful very helpful. Wonderful energy to them come into my room. The room is a standard type room, but the view was amazing. Everything was in order and after my first night, I slept beautifully. The linens were very clean. Pillows were super comfortable along with the mattress, and I have to say my next time in Calgary I will be here.

We stayed here at the beginning and end of our holiday. The location is great for seeing Calgary and access to the airport. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beds were comfy. But what makes the hotel stand out is the amazing staff, so friendly and helpful. The food in the Shoe and Canoe was so good too. Would 100% recommend to stay here.
