A nice hotel with decent sized rooms (Deluxe Twin) that is very well located. An easy walk to Myeongdong and good access via subway to other parts of the city. The bus stop for Incheon Airport is only a couple of minutes away

This is a Japanese chain of hotels and offers amenities which will be familiar to anyone who has travelled in Japan. It is well located near Myeongdong and Namdaemun Market, with easy access to public transport. Downstairs there is a Starbucks and convenience store and it’s very close to bars and restaurants.
This is not an all inclusive hotel - you will pay extra for breakfast/luggage storage etc but as long as you are aware of that it has everything you need. There are laundry facilities and the reception area is comfortable to sit or have a meeting.
The rooms are small but well designed. As a solo traveller it was perfect for me but with two people would be more cramped. The bathroom is Japanese style so has a bath and handheld shower with stool. There is an ironing board and good hairdryer, the wifi is good and the bed is firm but comfortable. The view over the city and mountains was good from the 16th floor.
There are hotels with larger and more western style rooms in the area but for me everything was really good with this hotel and I would happily stay again.

Disappointing Check-in Experience! Staff Discrimating and unprofessional.
I recently stayed at Hotel Gracery Seoul with my family for a holiday, booking two rooms for six nights. Unfortunately, our experience at check-in left a lot to be desired.
After a long flight, we arrived at the hotel at 2:40 PM. My wife approached the reception desk to check in, only to be informed by a receptionist named Juyeon that we could not check in until 3 PM. Respecting this policy, we stored our six large suitcases in the luggage room (which was self-service) and waited.
However, as we left the luggage room around 2:43 PM, we noticed a long queue of guests at the reception. To my surprise, the other receptionists were checking people in. Curiosity led me to observe the interactions, and it became clear that these were just regular guests, not VIPs or anyone with special status.
Confused by this inconsistency, I asked to speak with the manager on duty, Choi Suyeon. When I inquired about the discrepancy, she merely suggested I rejoin the queue to be checked in. I found this response unsatisfactory and her attitude dismissive. I questioned why other guests were allowed to check in before the designated time while we were told otherwise. Her attempt to provide excuses was unconvincing, and when I asked for the name of the receptionist who had initially assisted us, she rudely refused and insisted I speak only with her.
I explained to her that I had booked and paid for a substantial stay of six nights in two rooms, not just a single night. Despite this, she was reluctant to apologize or acknowledge the unfair treatment. Her unwillingness to address the situation appropriately and her rude demeanor left a bitter taste in my mouth.
Overall, while our stay at the hotel was otherwise okay, the poorly handled check-in process and the attitude of the manager, Choi Suyeon, were disappointing. I believe that all guests should be treated equally and with respect, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, this was not the case during our stay, and I do not think anyone should have to experience such treatment.

NOT A 4* hotel, it’s a 2-3* hotel.
Given the $300 per night, I would expect this place to be as stated on the website as a four star hotel. Firstly, the hotel is only consisting of 10 floors within the building. It doesn’t have a concierge, and they do not provide concierge service if you’re bringing two bags. The concierge people generally speaking do not speak much English, And it is difficult to communicate over the hotel phone. They do not provide a toothbrush set, you have to pay out-of-pocket. You have to pay for extra towel cost as well. The bed is extremely firm, not ideal for people with back pain or older customers. The set up of the Showering area is quite unusual, they have a Korean style sit down showerhead sitting as well as a bathtub that doesn’t have a showerhead on the top of it. You have to walk approximately 14 minutes to myeongdong. The food shops around the area doesn’t have much variety, or great standards. It ok small for 1 person, but definitely 2 would be rather cramp.
There is no dedicated closet area, nor the stool for the luggage is big enough to fit an average 28 inche size luggage , unless placed on the floor.
Water is occasionally not hot enough, especially given the weather.
Overall, I will not stay here again.

A very nice hotel at a walkable distance from the most happening Myangdeong area. It has also got some food options nearby.
Metro is available at close proximity.
Convenient checkin and checkout. Rooms very spacious and very clean. We took triple sharing and the toilets were seperated from the shower which saved a lot of our time.
Highly recommended
