We had stayed for Gold room for two nights this time. We had excellent service during the stay. Gold lounge was gorgeous and well organized. All gold floor staff members made our stay at the hotel the best it could be. This was one of our greatest experience of staying Fairmont gold. No disappointed and everything described for us this time. We will definitely come back there near future.

Disappointed with my stay, room too warm, breakfast just okay, juice $17 expensive. Spa nice, massage okay but had better for less. Pool is not heated too cold, I stayed here because it mentioned heated pool. It is not... again staff great, but don't think I would stay again.

I stayed here with my mother and aunt over the weekend for my aunts 60th birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The service was really good, everyone is very friendly and helpful. It is really worth it to upgrade to the gold room. The evening canapés and morning breakfast that is included with this was so lovely! Our room was spacious, although there wasn’t much of a view out the window. We didn’t mind though because the hotel itself is stunning and had its Christmas decorations all up with beautiful Christmas trees everywhere. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful and the Hawthorne dining room had delicious food. Will definitely return!

I was only there for a few hours but I loved this hotel. Such a beautiful place. The room was appointed well. The staff was very friendly. And thank God for Sarah, the bartender. She was wonderful. Made me the best old fasioned. She was charming, professional, and helpful. And beautiful. Thank you for such a wonderful experience

What a beautiful hotel! The staff is very pleasant and kind and very helpful. I was thrilled that this hotel was pet friendly and they offered my pup a dog treat at the front desk. The spa is gorgeous, the steam room is very hot, and recommend taking cold showers in between visits. The hot tub is at 40C which I feel isn’t hot enough, but the steam room really makes up for that. The change room has lock code lockers, a wet bathing suit spinner, and really nice body lotion. Our room was lovely.
