Great spot just off the main downtown core while being accessible via transit or walking. Valet service was provided at charge and was effortless. You can request your vehicle through a QR code and set an approximate pickup time. Room has a lovely view of lake Ontario with complimentary coffee. Overall a nice place to stay. You get what you pay for.

The renovated rooms are really nice! I didn’t hear really any noise from them even though they were still working on my floor. The room was well laid out with nice lighting. Bed was great and the room service food was some of the best I’ve ever had.

Excellent hotel with a great location. Everything was perfect. The rooms are new and modern, and still have character. The location is excellent if you want to be downtown, and there’s plenty around. The breakfast buffet has a great selection of light healthy options as well heavier items if you’re planning on skipping lunch. The staff were all friendly, and always remember my preferences and do their best to accommodate what you need without even asking.

Really enjoyed our stay. 3 star rating is because there's competition out there doing better for less. Food and hydration is key on travel. We expected a superior experience Room was super clean. The whole building has a very fresh clean scent. I kept thinking I was in the presence of a woman with a beautiful perfume until I realized it's the scent of choice throughout the building. Beautiful. Concierge is incredibly helpful. Ride services came quickly each time we had a need. But at a hefty price of 55 dollars. Negative is there's a lack of food venues. Nothing available (that we found easily) for snacks, hydration or nourishment. You are hungry you need to leave and explore outside venues. Kids wanted food and there was nothing. Also we need a cot and the hotel doesn't supply them. So my son had to sleep on the floor . Normally when we travel we are provided cot options and my son doesn't have to share accommodations with his sister We stayed in Vaughan 2 nights ago for half the price and had a bigger room. Cot available for our son. Excellent food and half the price.

This was my first visit to Toronto & I absolutely love this hotel and made me want to book another trip and will definitely stay here again. From check-in, Carvin helped me and was so nice, professional and helpful. I felt very welcomed and everyone were so friendly, helpful, attentive, and accommodating. The housekeeping staff were awesome too and my room was perfect, clean, comfortable with an amazing water view where I got to see sunset/sunrise. The location was perfect and downtown and the harbour. You can safely walk everywhere and I walked everywhere because the weather was also perfect during my stay, so I got extra lucky with that. You can easily take the train to/from the airport from the hotel and no one looks at you weird for having a luggage, because other people do the same and a lot of people were also walking around and their pets. The in-room dining service was exceptional. I wasn’t going to get back on time and all the restaurants would have been closed by the time I got back, so I ordered on my app in advance and it was delivered to my room nicely and the food was amazing, fresh, & delicious! The staff here truly went above and beyond every aspect of my stay!! David & another man (I didn’t get his name) at the concierge/front desk also went out of their way to provide excellent customer service. They really know what hospitality is and I was just impressed with them, exceeding every expectations. I’ve stayed at many hotels and this was the best I encountered so that just made my trip even more perfect that I am already looking forward to when I can come back. Thank you all so much!!
