Room was large and spacious with great views. We had a corner city view room on the top floor (10). We spent most of our time out in old Quebec City which is a quick walk from this hotel so the location was perfect for us. Parking available on site without valet which is great for us! $5/day. At the end of a long day it was great to relax in the pool and hot tub. The only thing that took away a 5 star review was the fact that the pool was cooler than I would have liked and the hot tub jets did not meet my expectations, it was very low pressure. Overall I would recommend this hotel especially if you are planning to spend time in old Quebec.

This hotel doesn't quite live up to it's "4-star" status. It's a nice enough hotel, but a little rough around the edges, and frankly we expected more for the money. Pros: Very good location on the edge of the old city and near tons of restaurants, etc. The restaurant within the hotel is quite good, which is convenient for room service. Having an indoor pool is nice, especially for kids (but see cons, below). I enjoyed the sauna. Cons: The rooms are so-so in terms of quality, nothing special. The pool was nice for the kids but was pretty cold and causes the entire hotel to smell of chlorine (including all of the balconies overlooking the pool). We had a few things not working, including the toilet (which they fixed) and the fridge (which we filled with ice daily to keep it cold). The elevators are unreasonably slow, and you may find yourself waiting literally several minutes to get on the elevator. In summary, for the right price this hotel is fine, but 4-stars is a bit of a stretch.

This hotel definitely has its pros and cons. The location is perfect. Just steps away from the historical wall and close to shopping, restaurants and landmarks. The room was clean and was a good size for 3 people. The hotel itself is a little dated, carpet in foyer and hallways seemed worn. The extreme downside was the condition of the sofa bed. Either the frame or mattress itself was so worn that when lying on the bed, our head was significantly lower than out feet. We ended up sleeping opposite (i.e. putting our head where our feet should be) but because the mattress was so worn, we found ourselves rolling to the middle of the bed throughout the night. We booked this type of room because of the privacy of having one bedroom with a door and a separate sleeping area for others. Future me, and my advice to other travelers, will be to simply book two rooms with regular beds and avoid rooms with a sofa bed. The open area with the pool, hot-tub and overlooking balconies was lovely - a little oasis with live music every evening. The hotel itself and rooms were generally clean and quiet. The staff was courteous, helpful and very pleasant. TLDR: Great location, avoid rooms with sofa beds, staff incredible, great value.

Enjoyed my stay there.. friendly staff and nice clean rooms . The location is excellent . Loved having my breakfast at Beffroi Steak House .i want to acknowledge Frederic for providing an exceptional service at the restaurant. Recommend this hotel and will be back, for ? sure

This was an OK hotel. The room wasn't very clean. Lots of junk on the floor. We asked them to sweep, but they never did. All in all, it was fine, except for when stuff fell behind the nightstand, and you had to reach into dusty nooks and crannies. Sweeping aside, housekeeping was good. They restocked coffee and towels every day. The location was great. Very central. The pool smelled kind of funky, but it looked nice. I would not say this is a four-star hotel. Three-star for sure. Avoid the breakfast buffet. Overpriced and typical buffet fare. The servers were fantastic though -- very friendly and offered lots of info about the city and things to do with kids.
