It was a decent place. Wish they have more English speaking staff since we were visiting and not living there to speak the language. Pool was good, always a lifeguard although not always paying attention. Food from the restaurant was alright. Would probably do take out next time from somewhere nearby. They did respond to things quick and most of the staff were nice.

Overall great stay! Kids had a blast! We were lucky to get adjoining rooms no problem with a reservation a few weeks out which so many hotels offer but rarely do we get it so we were pleasantly surprised! I see the complaints of others so I was expecting the worst and very nervous but for the price you pay and all the amenities included (music, magic show, face painting, tattoos etc.) it’s worth it in my opinion. Our room was in the first level and I felt quite clean. Yes some parts like carpet in the hall could use a refresh and some tiles could be replaced. It was a very loud AC in our room but I was happy it was very cool. We had easy access to arcade room, pool and bouncy house. Felt it was very safe for kids to roam freely amongst all the activities with kids ranging from 6 to 11. Perfect place for kids these ages, maybe not any older. We didn’t try the restaurant so can’t comment on that but we had a mini fridge that we stalked with breakfast and lunch items. Grocery is very close by with lots of shopping. We didn’t mind the area being a bit further out as we had a car and everything really was only a 20 minute drive away. We stayed 3 nights and 4 days and was a perfect little getaway for our family. All in all very nice and I we would come back again!

This hotel is clean and perfectly suited for my needs—a single night for business purposes. It's also ideal for families, with beautiful facilities and decor for children. The service is good as well. The only issue was that there's construction nearby, and Google Maps had me circling the area four times.

Great hotel. Didn’t realize how busy it would be but extremely busy at the pool area. Had to find the right time when it was less busy but it was very nice. Definitely great for kids 10 and under. Try not to get a room by the pool as it can be very loud.

Very clean. Room are great for big families. The outside does not do the hotel justice because the inside is AMAZING. Food was great. Very nice staff. So much for Young kids to do.
