I would say it’s a great hotel for the price and location. Nothing special but we didn’t pay for anything special either. Expect clean rooms, pleasant staff and decent rooms. They have a bar/restaurant on premises that’s open late which is a big plus!

This hotel would be perfect if it was designated adults only! The night entertainment was fantastic at the restaurant and by the pool! Our room faced the pool, so we could sit on the balcony and enjoy the music. On Friday night we enjoyed floating in the pool with romantic lighting and live music and only other couples around. On Saturday the kids were splashing and screaming like banshees all evening and then running in the hallways. At least separate couples on a romantic getaway from the families on the hotel floors!

I gave this hotel a two star rating because although it’s beautiful, updated and clean, We had trouble with our key unlocking the door and my husband went down three times before someone said he would come up to help. He said the battery was dead he would be back to fix it and never returned… We were not able to lock the door at night. We enjoyed the heated pool which the kids loved and the lighting in the pool made it very welcoming and fun and the warm towels to get out was a nice and appreciated touch. We got back to our room and went to shower and there are 3 dispensers for soap, shampoo and conditioner and the shampoo was empty… All and all the hotel itself was wonderfully kept and again clean but the staff were not as up to par as the hotel…

I recently stayed at Hotel Plaza for three nights after hearing great things about it. While we did encounter some technical issues in our room that affected our comfort, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for the incredible and responsive staff. A special shoutout to Saaed, who went above and beyond to ensure we received excellent service and made the most of our stay. Thank you, Hotel Plaza, for your dedication to customer satisfaction!

I recently stayed at Hôtel Plaza Québec and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I had booked a room with an extra bed, for which I paid an additional fee. Upon arrival, I discovered that the extra bed provided was broken, making it impossible to use. As a result, I had to sleep on the floor, which was extremely uncomfortable and far below the standard I expected from this hotel. When I approached the manager to address the issue, I was disappointed by the lack of assistance. Despite my request to upgrade to another room, I was initially told the hotel was fully booked. However, the manager later mentioned that rooms were available but at a significantly higher price, which was both frustrating and unprofessional. The combination of a broken bed and poor customer service made this stay highly disappointing. I would not recommend Hôtel Plaza Québec based on my experience, as it did not meet even the basic expectations of comfort and service.
