Nice building and updated lobby. Attentive staff. Their gym is well equipped. The hotel is within immediate walking distance of all the sites of the Old city plus many amenities. Only suggestion is to have humidifiers in the room as it was very dry.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights over a month ago. The stay itself was fine, but on the second night I woke up to a text at 1:30am for a credit card charge from the hotel that I did not authorize. This charge was equal to the price for one night at the hotel, even though I prepaid and had already authorized the $100 room deposit. Upon check out I asked about it and it was brushed off and said it must have been an error and it wouldn’t go through. I was told to contact the billing department, but when I called there was no answer. I left a message, no one called me back. After checking my credit card two days later I saw that the charge did not go through- fine. It’s 1:30am one month later and I just woke up to another charge from this hotel this time for nearly $250. Not only am I not staying in the hotel, I’m not even in the same province. How can you possibly still have access to charge my credit card? Now I have to contact my credit card fraud department and go through this headache all over again. I tried to contact the hotel, no answer. This is a real shame because I was looking forward to visiting Quebec City again but I do not feel safe giving your hotel any of my information.

Great location and staff were great! The hotel needs a big overhaul and is currently going thru renovations. Currently everything is very outdated. The lobby was being renovated during my stay and it was looking updated and clean. I’m sure once the Reno’s are complete it will be fantastic.

I would not stay at this hotel again. The lobby was under renovation, room was dark, small, and very dated. We had problem with shower first day, they were very accommodating. Location was great, right outside old Quebec so was very convenient. The hotel interior was weird too, one elevator takes you to third and you have to switch to a different elevator to go up further. Also do not recommend their breakfast, go outside and get yourself a better meal.

The hotel is currently under renovation. It's a crazy maze to get anywhere, two separate elevators too, needing to switch between them to get to the main floor or parking garage. Way too much walking after a long day of walking around the city. But they've done the best job making it as accommodating as possible. The customer service is excellent. The rooms are clean and nicely designed. The food at the restaurant is delicious and the wait staff are incredible. We would definitely come back.
