No couch or chair in the room to sit in and enjoy the views. They had somewhat recently given the room a facelift with fresh white paint and new floor but left the dared switch plate covers. Had an odd light over the closet in the entry that looked very diy. Great location, price was ok. The rotating bar at the top was neat but had overpriced drinks.

Good location, staff very good. Room could not be bettered for the view from the 26th floor. We paid for 3 star hotel and that's what we got. The bathrooms are in need of upgrading and we're still on paper cups but it was clean comfortable and the beds were very comfy. Would stay again if in Quebec.

This hotel has the looks from the outside but no style on the inside!! Rooms very run down.. Receptionists had no local knowledge. Bus outside to old town handy. Could walk it however. Revolving restaurant is nice and reasonable for a drink with great views. Carrier st is a short walk and is a fabulous street for dining and coffee bars to watch the world go by.

This hotel is definitely an older model and after reading other reviews I agree that upgrades need to be made to the rooms. The bathroom was outdated (bathtub/shower was very old) and the furniture/walls had scratches on them. With that being said, the room was clean and our beds were made/towels were changed daily. The concierge as well as the front desk staff were very kind. Our room had an incredible view of the city! Considering how great the location is, I personally think the price is justified but do agree that the rooms need to be renovated.

Disappointing Stay - Would Not Recommend. I knew this hotel wasn’t perfect after reading reviews before booking, but the main reason I chose it was for the views. I even mentioned this when making the reservation and specifically requested a high-floor room. Despite that, we were given a room on the 5th floor with walls obstructing the view, which was really disappointing. The hotel feels very aged, with broken tiles in the bathroom and visible mold—definitely not what you expected. The cleanliness was poor as well. For a two-night stay with two guests, we only got two coffee pods, and there was no room service during our stay—no cleaning, no fresh towels. The room design was also outdated, with mismatched furniture that didn’t fit the space. Even though the room was large, the layout was awkward and not functional. On a positive note, the location was very good—within walking distance to Old Town and many great restaurants. However, for the price I paid, I could have stayed at a cute boutique hotel or a charming Airbnb instead. I would not recommend this hotel.
